Fire and smoke calls, before the adjuster arrives.
After a fire the homeowner needs board-up tonight, smoke and soot cleanup this week, and someone who can work with the carrier. They search from a phone in the driveway. We own the pages they find and route the call to your line.
What the consumer is searching for.
The searches arrive in two waves: emergency terms the night of the event (fire damage restoration, emergency board up, smoke damage cleanup) and planning terms in the days after (fire damage repair cost, soot removal, smoke smell removal). Both are bought on exact match and routed by metro.
Fire calls carry higher job values and more insurance involvement than water calls. Partners here document for the carrier, answer live for the emergency wave, and hold the contractor and restoration licenses their state requires for structural work.
Emergency securing and tarping
Same-day board-up, roof tarping and site securing after the fire department leaves - the first call a homeowner makes and the one that decides who gets the rebuild.
Cleaning, deodorizing, air scrubbing
Smoke residue and odor across the structure and contents, including protein and puff-back events with no structural fire.
Pack-out, cleaning, storage
Inventory, pack-out and contents restoration, often the longest tail of the job and the part carriers scrutinize.
Structural repair after mitigation
Partners licensed for reconstruction can take the full job from board-up to rebuild; others take mitigation only and hand off.
The call, with its record.
In seconds, to one line
The call leaves our tracking number and lands on your intake as it rings, with channel, campaign and keyword attached. One billable call, one partner.
Footprint, duration, intent
Out-of-footprint, short and non-service calls are filtered before they bill. The three tests.
Recording notices, consent trail
The property discloses it is a referral service, states recording where required, and stores the consent with the record. Compliance posture.
Licensed, insured, staffed
Partners hold the licenses the job requires, carry insurance, and answer like it is an emergency - because it is.
Fire & smoke damage calls, in plain terms.
What counts as a billable fire damage call?
A call from a property inside your footprint, past the minimum connected duration, from a consumer asking for fire, smoke or soot restoration. Vendors, duplicates and out-of-footprint calls are filtered before they bill.
Do you separate emergency board-up from smoke cleanup calls?
Job types are set in the agreement. A partner can take board-up and mitigation only, smoke and contents only, or the full job through rebuild, and the intent filter routes accordingly.
Do calls include insurance-claim situations?
Often, yes. Many fire calls come from homeowners who have or will open a claim. The property discloses that it is a referral service; working with the carrier is between you and the homeowner.
Can I buy leads instead of calls?
Yes. Consented form leads are available for the planning wave, where the homeowner is comparing contractors over days rather than hours.
